Team-upsTeam-up bonuses are awarded when certain heroes are paired together in a battle. Some hero pairs get multiple team-up bonuses. He's still decent character. Used to be a pain back when protect meant to protect against any and every attack, counter attacks and all. He's rather easy to get over now with all the gadget and heroes that remove buff and the Cornered and Offabalance debuffs. His Empowered ISO is nice. Use him with character that uses range attacks. I wonder when Spec Ops 17 comes he will get reworked a little.

Now, it's become a little complex with all the new buffs and debuffs that render heroes who take time to properly set up useless.
